Physically this is a "D" size engine - bigger than standard A, B or C engines Jan 04, 2012

This are the size of a "D" engine, fitting a BT-50 tube (24 mm or about 1 inch in diameter). They do not fit the standard BT-20 tube like standard A, B and C engines (which are 18 mm or just under 0.75 inch diameter).
These will work in D-powered models, but if you are expecting to use them models powered by standard A, B or C engines, they are too large to fit.
