I purchased this balloon launcher for activities with physics teachers. Not only is it fun, but we discussed concepts from pressure, impulse, energy as well as the obvious: projectiles.

I ordered this for my son. Who is 19 years old and a leader at Boy Scout Camp. They used this at camp for one week. It got a workout with 300 some boys playing with it. They had a competition at camp to see who's sling shot could throw a potato the farest. Guess what my son won. It is still in very good shape. My the kids use it in the back yard just to see how far it goes. My husband even loves it.

I probably have way more fun than an "adult" should have with this water balloon slingshot. It works really well! A friend even got one after playing with the one I bought at a cookout.

This is a great launcher. I have had cheaper launchers and they are not even close. We have two and use them in our Cub Scout pack for our water wars. I have one that is now 3 years old. Easy purchase!

Works like a champ. At first I wanted a really powerful launcher and made my own. The problem was that I chose the biggest diameter surgical hose. My students couldn't hold it when it was pulled back. The problem was solved when we attached it to two goal posts. It was good for even small pumpkins. This 200 yard launcher from Amazon uses a smaller hose, and my students can hold their position and really send water balloons flying. They loved it, and had a great time videoing themselves.
