This is a great yoyo for easy to intermediate play. It has a decent spin time and shape. It is capable of string tricks but it is more difficult to land the yoyo on the string. Looping is great but for me it does get tangled sometimes. It is only useful for easy tricks like around the world, rock the baby, trapeze or stop and go. Whenever you land the yoyo on the string it slows down the sleeper a LOT!!!! If you're looking to do more advanced tricks i suggest upgrading to a butterfly shape yoyo and spending more money.

My 11 year old son was thrilled when this yo-yo arrived in the mail. We never knew how hard it was to find a yo-yo in stores. It performed well and he could do many trick he could not do with his previous yo-yo.

First of all this is the best yo-yo i have ever encountered. with it it has 5 extra strings. using roller bearing technology this yo-yo can spin for over 30 seconds! great for doing string tricks looping tricks or whatever. the only thing i have to complain about this is that after a while of play the yo yo starts to come apart and will sometimes fly apart. the parts are small and you can loose them. However you can call yomega from their website [...]. here you can find a phone number to call and they will give you any pieces you need for free.
pros: awesome yo-yo, great spin time, extra strings, warranty, and basic instructions, comes-apart design.
cons: comes apart slowly, can easily lose parts
over all this is a great yo yo for a progressing enthusiast and i would greatly consider getting it for any collection.

I am a novice yoyoer. I realy only ever buy yoyos because the last one I had broke and so I have something to do when I take my dogs outside. I don't realy do any triks above the sleeper, round the world, and ocasionaly a basic looping trick (usualy by accident.) It works great for me. I can't comment on anything else realy because I have not owned enough yoyos to realy tell which is better for certain tricks vs other tricks. What I can tell you though is that I accomplish the longist sleepers when I twist and loop the string one additional time instead of not at all or twice like I have read elsewhere. I recomend it to anyone looking for a yoyo to just throw around absent mindedly like I do. Otherwise, if you are one looking to do tricks I can't help you there. Ships fast btw.
